The HuddeCamHD HC-JOY-G4 Serial PTZ Joystick Controller is a 4th generation camera control unit capable of connecting to up to 255 PTZ cameras via VISCA or serial connection. Joystick and button controls facilitate movement adjustments, focus control, white balance, and exposure adjustment, among other parameters. You can easily adjust the speed at which your cameras pan, tilt, and zoom and can lock focus once satisfied with your framing. OSD menu control adjusts the cameras' settings, and an LCD screen shows your connection status.
Configure up to seven cameras via quick-select buttons and quickly recall up to 10 preset movements via the center numeric buttons. Different user modes—Basic, Basic PTZ, and Matrix—tailor the controller to the user's expertise level for more universal use. RS-422 and RS-232 connections on the device facilitate serial control, while support for VISCA, Pelco-P, and Pelco-D protocols facilitate IP connection. The controller is compatible with HuddleCamHD and PTZOptics PTZ camera units. An included RS-232 cable and power supply makes integrating the controller into your preexisting setup a breeze.
