Designed for guitarists, singer songwriters, and streamers on the road or in the studio, the ESI UGM192 Pro-Go Pocket Studio is a 2x2 USB-C audio interface that offers a compact, portable, and easy-to-use solution for recording guitars and microphones. It allows you to connect a microphone (dynamic or condenser) via its 1/4" balanced mic preamp with phantom power, and an electric guitar via its 1/4" Hi-Z unbalanced instrument input, and record directly to your Windows/Mac computer or iOS/Android smartphone/tablet.
With resolutions up to 24-bit / 192kHz and a dynamic range of 114 dB, the UGM192 Pro-Go Pocket Studio delivers a clear and natural sound. The rear panel offers a 1/4" stereo line/headphone output that you can use for playback with powered speakers or for real-time input monitoring with headphones. When used with a mobile device, the unit can even be powered with an optional external battery via the microUSB port. To get you started right out of the box, UGM192 ships with a powerful software package for professional recording, creation of your own songs, mixing of any audio content, and much more.

- Push it twice to increase the mic level by +30 dB.
- If you push it once, the Mono LED will be turned on and you will be able to monitor theinput channel 1 signal on the left output channel and the input channel 2 signal on the rightoutput channel.
- If you push it twice, the Stereo LED will be turned on and you will be able to monitor the input channel 1 and 2 signals, each on both left and right output channels.
- If you push it three times, the monitoring will be turned off again and both LEDs will be off. In this case, you cannot hear the input channel signals at the output.
- With Windows, the interface has a feature called DirectWIRE that allows fully digital internal loopback recording of audio streams. This is a great feature to transfer audio signals between audio applications, create mixdowns or to provide content for online live streaming applications.
- The micro-USB port is used to supply the unit with additional power. While the unit is fully bus powered and does not need an additional power supply normally, it may be needed in some cases to provide extra additional power, for instance when connecting it to a mobile phone with limited battery life.
- In such a case, you can use this port to supply the unit with power from a portable battery pack or from a USB power supply. Note that you cannot use this connector to record / play back audio signals via your computer. You need to use the USB-C port instead.
- inTone 2 ESI Edition by Audified is a powerful jamming tool you can use to produce mixes of multiple audio signals and instruments, play files, change tracks, and prepare streams for podcasts and recordings. As an effects host, you can use it with the included GK Amplification 2 LE and ampLion Free as a bass and guitar amp simulator.
- Cubasis LE is the compact version of Steinberg's mobile multitouch sequencer, providing the same look and feel of its bigger brother Cubasis. Specially designed for quick and easy operation, Cubasis LE makes recording, editing, and mixing a breeze, no matter where you are—right there on an iPhone or iPad when connecting Neva Duo.
