Poor design. The leather is to soft

I have never seen this on my other two two Oberserth bags. Maybe because the leather is too soft on this one or because the filling material in it has accumulated there? I can feel there's something like a tendon in it when I touch it. I have used it for only a month.

This model of bag does not have a zip fastener. There were some of our models that had a zip on the inside, but we have adapted this because the zip bothered many customers, so we have replaced these compartments with ‘normal’ slide-in compartments
