I would like to add this to my large lab. Is there a way to power this via a power adapter? Does it need a control system

The Crestron Dual-Technology Occupancy Sensor (B&H # CRCENODTCPOE) is powered over an Ethernet connection (PoE). According to the manufacturer, this Ethernet connection allows the sensor to report to the Crestron XiO Cloud service without the use of a control system.
