It fits perfect and looks great and provides a nice feeling when shooting. My only advice is to insure that is tightly screwed. My first one fell and needs to buy a second one.

Unfortunately, I needed a replacement soft releast button because the first one came loose and was lost. I have applied a tiny dab of LocTite to this second one in hopes that will not occur again. The button makes it much easier to depress the shutter half-way when using auto-focus and gives a much more tactile feel to shooting with my Q3 43.
