For any corporate or educational facility that requires easy, safe, and manageable device charging and storage, the FUYL Tower Pro 15 Smart Charging Locker from LocknCharge is an ideal solution. This tall 15-bay tower doesn't require much room with its slim design and plugs into a single AC outlet. This provides each bay with up to 36W of power via a USB-C PD connection for a tablet, phone, or laptop. Each bay also offers an AC power outlet if needed. A built-in 4.3" display with keypad makes it easy for users to access bays via PIN or RFID card, and IT staff can easily manage that access remotely via LocknCharge Cloud software.
Charging Scenarios
With the technology of the FUYL Tower Pro, IT staff can set it up to address multiple types of scenarios to fit your organization's needs. It can be used for managed or full public charging, device check-in/check-out, or to facilitate broken device exchange/repair.
- Broken Device: If an employee or student needs to replace a device that is not functioning, IT staff can remotely check the current inventory of the tower, then give that user access to a bay. The user can use a PIN code or RFID card to access the bay to retrieve the new device and place the broken one inside. IT staff can then retrieve the device, repair it, replace it, and notify the user, who can then access the bay to swap devices again. The entire transaction is managed and recorded by LocknCharge Cloud.
- Check-In/Check-Out: FUYL Tower Pro can be setup to give authorized users the ability to access bays on their own, checking in and checking out devices as needed. IT staff has the ability to monitor which devices have been returned.
- Public Charging: Public charging can be Full or Managed. Under full public charging, anyone can pick an open bay and a user-assigned PIN to safely charge their device. Under managed public charging, IT staff authorizes individuals to give them access to an available bay.
