Horrible gold colored vignetting do NOT buy

I am an editor and received drone footage from someone who was hired to shoot. I came here to save you from a terrible investment. The footage has severe gold colored vignetting / flaring in the corners because the inside reflective portions of these filters are not lined in black matte. Absolutely do not buy these, they are terrible.

Do Not!!

I've used PolarPro filters for years but these POLARIZING filters are NOT something I will keep. My footage showed gold reflections OF THE FILTER FRAME in the lower corners of my footage. I contacted PolarPro and here is their response: The gold reflections in the filters are something we consider normal, and would expect to occur only at very specific angles (this has been tested in-house so we know the camera angle makes a difference). Normally the way to avoid them is to change the camera angle until they disappear, since they're most commonly seen when shooting into the sun. While shooting on an overcast day, I had the reflections while shooting due west and then due north. That's a 90degree change of heading while the sun was to the SouthEast. In other words, the sun was behind me and I still got the reflections. In 40+ years of photography/videography I never had a filter ruin a shot because it reflected itself on the INSIDE of the filter. We're not talking flare, this is a reflection. The reflection is NOT going thru the polarizing filter but is bouncing off the inside (the lens side) of the filter's glass.
