No, the Roland VR-400UHD 4K Streaming AV Mixer does not record ISOs. The only way to record on this model is to record the USB-C streaming output when connected to a computer, This would only be the program output.

The fans in the Roland VR-400UHD 4K Streaming AV Mixer are mostly quiet. You will only hear them when the switcher is first turned on. The spin down once everything is loaded.
