The 72mm Kase KW Revolution Magnetic Inlaid Adapter Ring is designed to attach within the front threads of your lens and allow for magnetic filters to be attached to the inlaid ring without the use of a traditional adapter ring. With the inlaid adapter ring installed, magnetic filters will sit closer to the lens to help prevent vignetting since you will no longer have the extra thickness of a traditional adapter ring, and a traditional snap-on lens cap can still be used on the lens.

My question is about the Kase inlaid adapter ring, which sits between the front element of a camera lens and the native lens ring. I need to know how to take that inlaid ring out without risking damage to my glass. To be clear, again, I 'm not talking about any a step-up ring, an adapter ring that snaps onto or rests on the exterior of the lens ring. This is about the inlaid adapter ring that sits inside the lens ring and right next to the front glass. It is called Magnetic Inlaid Adapter Ring. How do I safely get that out?
