MSI B650M-P Overview

Set the foundation of your next business PC build with the robust MSI PRO B650M-P AM5 Micro-ATX Motherboard. Designed to leverage the power of AMD's Ryzen 7000 series processors, the PRO enhances system performance suitable for operating multiple programs with speed and reliability.

AMD's AM5 socket rests at the heart of the PRO, allowing you to install a variety of Ryzen 7000 series processors to match your needs. Four DDR5 RAM slots allow you to install up to 192GB of memory to enhance multitasking and render speeds. Four SATA III and two M.2 PCIe SSD interfaces can support a wide range of storage drives that allow quicker data transfer speeds. Connect an array of graphics and utility cards with one PCIe 4.0 x16 and two PCIe 3.0 x1 expansion slots. Between back-panel connections and internal headers, you get several USB 2.0 ports for low-powered devices as well as USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 ports for resource-demanding devices like audio interfaces, external drives, and more. You can connect to your network to download important assets with a single 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port, giving you access to various websites, media, and cloud storage.

Connectivity
The back panel of the PRO gives you a wide range of support for both modern and legacy hardware. You get USB-A 2.0 ports for low-powered devices as well as two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 and two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, delivering up to 5 and 10 Gb/s data transfer speeds. HDMI and DisplayPort video outputs support processors with integrated graphics. You also get VGA and PS/2 connectors for legacy displays and peripherals, respectively.

Not bad, the no wifi is a bit of a bummer but for how cheap this board is I can't complain. Setup was easy, BIOS is good, no major complaints here! Just make sure you have an ethernet cable ready to go before you build ^^;

Great Upgrade board for Gaming machine.

Ordered over a weekend, was the only place I could find this specific model at this price point. Shipping was quick and I was happy to install this in my Gaming Rig.
