The T32Max Tripod from Rogeti is an innovative carbon fiber tripod system that can accept a series of available C32 center columns, each tailored to suit individual applications. The system is stable, versatile, and customizable, offering a robust load capacity of up to 13.2 pounds.
The included C32G geared center column, when paired with the T32MAX tripod, offers a total travel distance of up to 28.7 inches, including 14 inches of geared travel. This eliminates height blind spots and reduces the need to readjust the leg sections during shooting. The C32G geared center column is extremely stable, even when raised to its highest point and with the locking knob loosened. This ensures stability during movement, and the difference in damping between raising and lowering is very small.
The center column is removable and reversible for inverted shooting. The crank handle features a numbered scale for precision movement. Stainless steel worm gear and bronze pinion mechanism for long life. One-piece aluminum alloy toothed central column.

Do the tripod legs when in storage position taper fully inwards to reduce storage volume and avoid point load?

Does the geared column "handle" protrude further outside the diameter of the tripod head + legs when stored?

The handle on the ROGETI T32Max Carbon Fiber Tripod with C32G Geared Center Column does protrude a little past the the head when folded.
