Using with A7R4a and A7R3 with late generations Acratech quick release ball heads. The two most appreciated Rogeti features are:
1) Vertical riser is solid. Some other brands/models of L-plates one of the vertical riser sections is open which causes movement and flexing with heavier camera-lens combinations under use. Rogeti is rock solid.
2) Baseplate has plenty of left-right horizontal adjustment. This allows camera to be shifted just far enough to allow the two side port cable connectors for USB-C and multi enough clearance room to switch to vertical with enough clearance to the tripod head. A fixed mount L-plate may not have enough clearance to allow switching to a vertical orientation with the USB-C connected to the side port.
The only question, possibly a concern is, what exactly is the mounting screw made of. While it seems strong enough to secure the camera to the plate it appears to be some kind of very light weight metal. It doesn't attract to magnets which implies it isn't made of steel. Also, the plate adjustment slot groove is machined to work with just the Rogeti OEM screw so other mounting screws won't fit correctly.

Fits on camera extremely nice and I like the fact that it can be adjusted with the magnetically attached tool. I need to be sable to flip from horizontal to vertically often and instantly. Arca Swiss machining lets it happen.
