Record from and manage up to 8 local analog cameras at resolutions up to 5MP with the XVR301-08G3 8-Channel 5MP AHD DVR (No HDD) from Uniview. Additionally, this DVR supports up to four IP cameras. It is equipped with a SATA port that supports HDD storage up to 8TB (available separately). H.265/H.264 video compressions keep file sizes manageable while maintaining the best quality possible. Two-way audio communication is supported.

This DVR features motion detection. It has VGA and HDMI video outputs to connect to external monitors. ONVIF compliance enables interoperability with a wide range of IP cameras.

Uniview XVR301 Overview

Record from and manage up to 8 local analog cameras at resolutions up to 5MP with the XVR301-08G3 8-Channel 5MP AHD DVR (No HDD) from Uniview. Additionally, this DVR supports up to four IP cameras. It is equipped with a SATA port that supports HDD storage up to 8TB (available separately). H.265/H.264 video compressions keep file sizes manageable while maintaining the best quality possible. A good alternative to Hikvision

B&H suggested this DVR as a suitable replace for a similar Hikvision model that I could not get two clients to both see the same cameras remotely after screwing with the software for a very long time. Software looked a lot like the Hikvision software, but it worked. I had this one up and running on two separate phones in about 15 minutes. So far so good. Client is pleased.
