Jonard Tools VFL-150 Visual Fault Locator Kit

Designed to detect fiber breakpoints, fiber leaks, poor connections, and stress points, this VFL-150 Visual Fault Locator Kit from Jonard Tools is perfect for field personnel detecting faults in fiber optic cables. It includes the VFL-25 and VFL-25125 (FC to LC adapter). This VFL features a 650nm Class IIIA laser diode that identifies faults in single and multi-mode fiber up to three miles long. Its universal connector accommodates 2.5mm ferruled connectors, such as FC, SC, and ST connectors. Supporting three different modes: continuous wave, pulsing, and slower pulsing mode, it works in OTDR dead zones and is powered by two AAA batteries for up to 60-hours.
