AVer COMFON540 Overview

The IP Conference Station Speakerphone from AVer is designed for meeting rooms of any size, and it connects to your computer using Bluetooth or USB to interface with popular collaboration apps such as the AVer-certified Zoom. To avoid crowding around one speakerphone or extending to additional rooms, you can daisy-chain the speakerphone with additional speakerphones.

This full-duplex speakerphone is equipped with a powerful speaker and dual omnidirectional mics that pick up voice within 360°, giving you configuration flexibility. There is a 3.5mm audio line input that allows you to connect your phone to the conference to bridge a live call for three-way calling. Other features include advanced noise suppression, smart LED speaker status lights, full-duplex mic/speaker, full-duplex echo cancellation, and a LAN connection for remote access.

The FONE540 offers premium audio with the latest technology that filters out disrupting background noises and eliminates frustrating dead spots caused by simultaneous talking. With AVer's newest technology, double-talk detection, you'll never have to worry about repeating yourself in an audio or video conference.
Flexible Connectivity in Any Room
Users can expand the FONE540 by daisy-chaining additional microphones or up to two extra speakerphones to fit any meeting room type or conference table configuration. The FONE540 can adapt to any meeting room, including personal workspaces, huddle rooms, and medium-to-large conference rooms.
Advanced Noise Suppression
No need to worry about additional distractions like dogs barking or construction sounds. The FONE540 speakerphone silences background noises like keyboard typing during a conference call and guarantees unmatched audio clarity.
Three-Way Calling
