Vello and B&H responded immediately to my complaint when I received a screen protector that did not fit my new Sony RX10 V. They made both a website correction and sent me the correct product at no cost to me. Kudos to both Vello and B&H!

Does not fit the DSC-RX10M5. Use version for Fujifilm X-M5

Contacted Vello Customer Service and they provided the following information: The SPUAR-SA7RIV on your order is not compatible with your camera. This screen protector is not on B&H's compatibility list. Fortunately, through research and testing, we've discovered the SPUAR-FXM5 is the protector that is compatible with the new RX-10 V. That screen protector does not yet appear on B&H's compatibility list, but it has just been tested today here with your camera. I purchased the version for the Fujifilm X-M5 camera and it fits perfectly!

The Vello #SPUAR-SA7RIV is not ideal for the ZV-E1. Vello offers the #SPUAR-SA7IV LCD Screen Protector Ultra II for Sony Alpha a7 IV, ZV-E1 Camera which is a perfect fit for the Sony ZV-E1 camera.
