From ProX, this is a Line Array Adapter made by FANTEK for the ProX XT-FTF6033 frontal loading lifting towers with a 45 x 45mm fork section. It's used in raising the load from the floor. It's made of steel and features a bolted hanging ring and large thumbscrew positioning locks.
