Boasting one of the shortest-throw lenses ever produced, the 815E can deliver up to a massive 160" diagonal image from just 12" away from the wall. Equipped with software to simplify installation, wired and wireless networking, NFC support, and compatibility with major automation/integration systems, the PowerLite 815E can be seamlessly and easily integrated into nearly any workspace. Go beyond the capability of flat panel monitors with the PowerLite 815E.

Extreme-Short-Throw Lens
Mount the projector directly above or below your screen or whiteboard. The 815E can produce an 80" image from just 1" away from the wall or 100" from 4" away. At under 28 pounds, this lightweight projector can deliver an image up to 160'' diagonal from only 12" away; that is an image larger than four 75" flat panel monitors in a 2 x 2 configuration.
Enhanced Resolution and Color
You can expect stunning color and impactful image quality with Epson's 3-chip 3LCD technology and HDR support. Unlike many competitors who only report white brightness, the Epson 815E produces 5,000 lumens of white brightness and color brightness. Experience a smooth display with 4K Enhanced resolution. Epson's advanced pixel-shifting technology combined with innovative frame interpolation, HDR, and scene adaptive gamma image processing provides visibly smooth and more detailed picture quality.
Lamp-Free Laser Technology
Laser diode technology combined with a sophisticated re-engineered cooling system offers up to 30,000 hours of virtually maintenance-free operation in Extended Mode or 20,000 hours in Normal Mode. Time varies depending on usage conditions and environment. Replacement of parts other than the light source may be required in a shorter period.

The 815E is fully loaded to support your latest needs with multiple HDMI ports, built-in wired/wireless networking, HDBaseT, and RS-232C connectivity.
Streamlined Setup
Digital zoom and image shifting make image alignment easy for desktop or wall mounted display; Epson's Setting Assist app ensures easy installation by automatically smoothing edges and corners.
Built-In Flexible Digital Canvas for Easy Image Configuration
The built-in split screen feature and free Epson iProjection app allows for easy simultaneous, multi-device casting in one-on-one device environments. In addition, with a standard 16:9 aspect ratio and support for ultrawide 21:9 and 16:6 displays, the PowerLite 810E ensures that all participants can clearly see all the content being displayed during hybrid meetings and collaborative learning.
Integrator Friendly
Complex tasks are simplified with timesaving tools such as wake on sync. The 815E supports multiple EDID settings with digital image correction for ease of installation for nearly any image size/aspect ratio. The built-in media player supports Epson content management software that allows you to change projector settings and check information using NFC wireless communications technology.

The 815E is compatible with Microsoft Teams Front Row, PJ-Link Class-2, Art-Net, Crestron Connected, Extron IP Link, Extron XTP, and AMX Device Device Discovery.

Este proyector reemplazo a mis antiguos optoma ya que necesitabamos algo que brillara mucho ya que tambien usamos pantallas Led y deben ser muy parecidos... que no se note la direfencia. y lo logramos... adjunto imagenes

Amazing brightness and size

From barely 12inches back this projected gave me a 10ft wide crisp bright projection. I was stunned. Good brightness and contrast. Wish the controls were a bit easier but a minor complaint at best.

Will this work with a 14 ft. wide screen (16x9) or is that too far away?

The Epson PowerLite 815E 5000-Lumen Pixel-Shift 4K Extreme-Short-Throw Laser Projector (Black), BH # EPPL815E, cannot work with a 14' wide projection screen. The maximum working width would be about 11'.
