Hisense 86MR6DE Reviews
Not many options outside of Google ecosystem
We picked up the 86 monster and I have to say it seems fairly well built, but take that with a grain of salt as I have no experience with commercial touchscreen displays. The built-in suite of apps are pretty much non-existent as this is pretty much a giant android tablet or Chromebook. I though we would be OK, seeing as most Microsoft business apps are made for Android. But I am very disappointed that Teams is not compatible with this display. I can only assume this is a Microsoft power play to charge for licensing on compatible displays. Due to this, we will have to switch to zoom or webex for conferencing. Not ideal. I understand there is a Windows PC card that can be installed, but that is somewhat cost prohibitive. I guess you get what you pay for so time will tell if this display gets any use or I get fired for choosing it.
