Missing one of two

Ordered this product once before and everything was fine but today's order was missing one of two Magnet Mounts. Tried to upload a photo of the packing list and the solo Magnet Mount but kept getting an error message. The packing list doesn't mention that this item is supposed to be a 2-Pack so there's chance that's why the mistake was made.
