The stainless steel tube holder clips feature a rubberized coating for added traction and protection. Each clip rotates to provide better stability and maneuvering options. Running the mounts perpendicular to the tube provides the most lateral stability. Rotating the mounts to be inline with the tube still provides a rock-solid mount, but minimizes the footprint for use in tight mounting spots.

These carbon fiber composite magnetic mounts each feature four neodymium magnets, providing a combined pull force of 48 pounds, keeping the light tubes secure in any position. The stainless steel tube holder clips feature a rubberized coating for added traction and protection. Each clip rotates to provide better stability and maneuvering options. Running the mounts perpendicular to the tube provides the most lateral stability. Rotating the mounts to be inline with the tube still provides a rock-solid mount, but minimizes the footprint for use in tight mounting spots.

Note: Two mounts are recommended for use with 1', 2' and 4' tubes. Three or four mounts are recommended for use with 8' tubes.

Gets the job done but way overpriced for build quality

I had purchased 16 of these clips to mount my Astera AX1 tubes to a magnetic wall I built. Although I can speak to the strength of the magnets embedded in the clips, the rubber coating easily falls off in more humid environments. In just one session, the rubber coating would start to fall off when trying to take the clips off of the tubes. Once the rubberized coating is off, the clips have a very hard time gripping to the tubes, and the metal contact isn't the best for the tubes either. A few tweaks in design could make this a very strong product, granted, its price point is pretty brutal.
