Vello customer support reached out to me after I had issues with my screen protector. Typically I wouldn’t bother responding, but I’ve never had an issue with one of their products in the past so I thought it would be worth my time. It turns out they are actually interested in customer feedback and want to hear about what went wrong. They offered to send me a replacement lcd protector, which I accepted because who wouldn’t, but also told me they would pass on my feedback to their product team. I’m happy to report that my replacement glass went on with zero issues and luckily I didn’t have to find out if repositioning would be an issue. Huge shoutout to Vello customer service for showing concern over what most would consider an inconsequential purchase. I had totally written off the purchase and they totally turned that experience around for me.
