First, let me just say that the camera strap itself was great. Well made, really beautiful, but it did not fit my camera. I do not fault the manufacturer, I fault B&H for not figuring out when I ordered a camera and the strap together that the strap would not fit the camera that I ordered. OK. Be that as it may. I contacted them within an hour of delivery to try to arrange for an a return that was Friday of last week. To say that I am disappointed in their customer service isn’t understatement and I have to admit that I am shocked. I’ve always thought that B&H was one of the better sources of photography equipment out there, and I am so extremely disappointed. I cannot begin to tell you. I will never order from them again. There are a lot of photography resources out there to choose from. So today is Wednesday and I am still waiting for them to try to resolve my return. And I’m about to go on vacation. So the timeframe for returns is 30 days. And I’m about to miss it because they screwed up. This isn’t rocket science. Even Amazon is easy to return to than this.
