HDMI ports stopped working after 90 days of very light use. -20 year NYC based Digital Tech-

I bought the product with high hopes. It can be considered sufficient as a standard product. But the freezes and lag on the second screen are very annoying. Also, when I connect a screen via type-c, only 30Hz output works as the second screen.
