The aluminum construction of the five sections makes the monopod sturdy, and indented grooves prevent unwanted movement during adjustment. An arca-type release plate with 1-4"-20 mounting screw means the ball head is widely compatible and easy to switch equipment in and out of, while its two notches allow for a full vertical tilt at 90°.

The monopod is lightweight and sturdy. The head is clunky. To use this monopod effectively you need a small Slik quick release.
