Is this flicker free when shooting high speed? Say 1,000 fps.
Asked by: adam
The Nanlite PavoTube II 30XR RGB LED Pixel Tube Light (4', 4-Light Kit) (B&H# NAPT30XR4KIT) typically would not visibly (to the camera) flicker when set to maximum intensity (i.e., full brightness) and photographed or videoed using a shutter speed of 1/1,000th of a second. The actual factors affecting the phenomenon of flicker are more complicated than just the shutter speed (or frame rate), but this product is especially unlikely to show any flicker when filming at the aforementioned shutter speed with most cinema, mirrorless, or action cameras.
