Comica Audio ADCaster C1 Overview

Equip yourself for portable streaming and podcasting anywhere with the ADCaster C1-K1 Audio Kit from Comica Audio, a miniature audio interface bundled with a 25mm condenser microphone with high-resolution 24-bit / 48 kHz sound capture and sophisticated features oriented towards the modern content creator. The STA-X2S cardioid condenser mic minimizes unwanted environmental noise for clear capture, and sports onboard DSP for enriching your content, including three EQ modes, three reverb modes, and five voice-changing modes.

Convenient streaming-oriented features include one-click activated denoising, loopback, muting, and ducking, as well as six touch-sensitive pads (four preset, two user created) for enhancing the production quality of your streams and podcasts. The internal battery gives you six hours of operation, freeing you from the confines of a studio. Power the interface over USB-C from a power adapter, power bank, or computer for even more operating time. The ADCaster 1 includes one 2-in-1 USB audio cable, one USB-C to dual-XLR audio cable, two 3.5mm TRRS audio cables, one USB-C to USB-A charging cable, and two sound pad templates.

DSP-Rich Condenser Microphone

Hi-Res Sound Card
The ADCaster C1 sound card supports hi-resolution 24-bit / 48 kHz sampling rate and bit depth, as well as extremely low noise. The sound card features dual 48V phantom-powered XLR inputs, dual 3.5mm inputs, and a USB OTG interface.
Thin and Lightweight, Miniature and Portable
The ADCaster C1 is incredibly thin at just 0.6" and sports an ultralight weight of a mere 272 grams, making it as small as an iPad mini. You can easily take it with you anywhere for indoor or outdoor recording.
Wide Compatibility and Multi-Mic Support
Designed with external dual XLR inputs via a USB-C to XLR cable and dual integrated 3.5mm mic input jacks, the ADCaster C1 sound card is compatible with 99% of existing XLR and 3.5mm mics. You can use up to two microphone inputs at the same time without issues during two-person podcasts or interviews.
3.5mm and USB-C Output for Live Streaming
You can use the USB-C digital output and the two 3.5mm analog jacks to support connections with multiple mobile phones and computers simultaneously, achieving a multiplatform synchronous live streaming setup with ease.
Internal Bluetooth 5.3 Chipset
The high-quality Bluetooth 5.3 chip supports stable transmission and low latency. You can directly connect your smartphone or similar device without worrying about cable clutter. Audio transmits wirelessly without stuttering.
Dedicated Controls
The ADCaster C1 is equipped with two separate preamp gain control knobs, providing up to 60 dB of gain. It is widely compatible with 90% of high-impedance dynamic microphones. Intuitive controls make it easy to adjust background volume, real-time monitor volume, and output gain, with just a single click.
Preset and Custom Sound Effects
You get four warm-up sound effects including applause, cheering, laughter, and embarrassment, as well as two custom sound effects. Freely record your favorite songs, music, beats, and more, to create exclusive sound FX and establish your streaming or podcasting atmosphere.
One-Click Functions
Along with level controls, you can also activate a number of useful features for supporting your productions with just a single button press, including:

  • Denoise: Filters out ambient noise for studio-quality sound
  • Loopback: Useful for feeding audio to and from remote sources such as a smartphone or conferencing software, ideal for streaming and podcasting
  • Mute: Just one click stealthily turns on the mute function, so you can take a quick break without making a scene
  • Duck: Automatically lowers the volume of background sounds when the host is speaking
Built-In Lithium Battery
The internal 1800mAh battery provides six hours of operating time, letting you take your interface with you anywhere, even to places without power outlets. You can also run the ADCaster 1 entirely off bus power, letting you charge with a battery or power bank and stream at the same time.
Touch-Sensitive Panel Design
