I really like this bag. The clips are really easy to attach and detach from my rack, and the lower strap eliminates most bouncing. My favorite parts of the bag are the sizes and array of exterior pockets. The one on the front with the velcro flap is the perfect size to fit my U-lock and extension cable. I use the side pockets mostly for holding my headlight and taillight. The pannier/backpack conversion is pretty quick and not too fiddly. It would get 5 stars from me except: 1. the interior padding is really protective for a laptop, but it would be nice if there was an option to remove it for more space 2. One time I hit a speed bump and the pannier clips bounced out of place, the bag flipped and hit my wheel (luckily, my bike and the bag were okay).
I bought this backpack about a month ago, and it has exceeded my expectations. It's spacious, surprisingly comfortable, and well-designed. The material feels high-quality and durable, with plenty of pockets for organization. I carry two laptops daily, and it handles the load without feeling excessively heavy. I even had to test its water resistance—unintentionally—and it passed with flying colors. Everything inside stayed completely dry. The internal organization is excellent, allowing me to pack a lot while keeping things tidy.
