Unfortunately, I am not sure. B&H does not carry the Purple Cows 3015C Laminator and I cannot find specifications for this particular laminator. As such, I would have to recommend to contact the manufacturer of your Purple Cows 3015C Laminator directly and give them the specifications of the Dry Lam 9x11.5" Laminating Pouch (3.0 mil, 100-Pack), B&H # DRP9113100 • MFR # P309, to inquire if it would be compatible with their equipment.
