I was a bit apprehensive when I realized I had to replace my old DVR in my DW security system. I have a rudimentary skill in electronics and was worried that I would encounter a problem with the installation and setup of my VMAX A1 G4 DVR. My worries were for naught! Installation was straight forward, and electronically, the unit installed itself! The picture is as clear as a post card and all systems are running as advertised! This product is well worth looking into when the time comes to replace or upgrade your system. I am completely satisfied with this DVR and would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

13-year Old DVR Replaced with Ease

Our 13 year old DVR stopped working and the thought of replacing with a new one brought thoughts of an abundance of potential issues to set up. When it arrived, we followed the instructions for transferring cables and setting up the software. As our contact at DW said to us, it was easy and will be setup for us to remote into the system. This was truly a positive experience as the installer and end user of the entire system. I highly recommend this product and company, customer service is awesome!
