I needed a replacement plate for our Manfrotto tripod that would also fit our Neewer teleprompter, but as an editor rather than a videographer, I had no idea what I was looking for or how to ask for it. In a chat with a B&H expert, she found an order we had placed a year ago, identified the two accessories we had purchased, asked me to sit tight for a bit, and within a few minutes, she was able to confirm that this part would work for both of them. Two days later, the part was in use for a video shoot. I love these guys.
