Is there an adapter available to convert the E mount to PL mount? Like to use with FS 7 & Alexa.
The Cooke SP3 lenses do not come as PL mount, also they do not offer an adapter to connect an E-mount lens to PL at this moment. The lenses are available with the following mount options - Interchangeable: E (fitted); RF, L & M* (available to order as a free accessory)

Yes, the mounts on the Cooke SP3 Full-Frame 5-Lens Prime Set can be swapped. The mounts are very easy to swap, and you don't have to be a lens technician. However, at this moment Cooke does not have an Canon EF mount option.
