Logitech Zone Vibe Wireless 2 Overview

Certified for Zoom with compatibility for a wide range of applications, the graphite Zone Wireless 2 Headset from Logitech enhances video call clarity with AI-driven noise suppression, noise-canceling mics, and rich audio.

In addition to featuring 40mm drivers, this fast-pairing Bluetooth stereo headset uses hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) technology to boost concentration by blocking out background noise. Use free Logi Tune software to enable Advanced Call Clarity mode, which suppresses far-end ambient noise. The Zone Wireless 2 also includes four noise-canceling microphones to help ensure you are heard clearly. A convenient USB-A receiver is included, allowing you to use the headset with different computers without having to directly pair them. You can also connect this headset to your computer using the included USB-C charging cable and USB-A adapter. The headset and its accessories may be kept in the included travel case.

All-Day Battery
This headset is designed to provide up to 18 hours of talk time and 40 hours of listening time with ANC off. Turning the ANC on provides about 15 hours of talk time and 22 hours of listening. With Advanced Call Clarity enabled, you can enjoy up to 12 hours of talk time with ANC on and about 14 hours with ANC off. A five minute charge through the USB-C port provides up to one hour of talk time.
Wide Compatibility
The Zone Wireless 2 is designed to work in both wireless and wired modes with Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS computers. You can also pair the headset with Bluetooth compatible iOS and Android devices.

Mic level keeps fading during calls

I really wanted to love that headset as it looks very well built, has decent noise canceling, comfortable earcups, flip mic to mute etc. Unfortunately it wasn't working as expected - the microphone keeps fading during calls all the way down to a level that people on the call don't hear me at all and then increases back up. I tried disabling ANC, updating all drivers and many other things - nothing helped so I had to return them, unfortunately.

Do not buy this headset!

The Zone Wireless 2 is a hunk of junk. Nothing about it works properly. It will not connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth & PC USB simultaneously NOR iPhone and PC via Bluetooth. If it is paired Bluetooth with my iPhone as soon as I plug in the USB dongle it disconnects the Bluetooth from my phone. Sitting right at my computer audio is garbled. No range at all. Any kind of text or notification on my PC or iPhone immediately causes a 20 second audio delay in which you lose communication with your caller. LogiTune will not install on Windows 10. Firmware upgrades have to be done from your iPhone. And thus, no control of the headset from my PC. I could go on & on about the issues with this headset. I haven't even tried to access any Zoom or other features about it yet. It just flat out does not work.
