I understand that the filter thread is 105. The specs say via adapter. Is the adapter included? also what filter is recommended?

The FUJIFILM GF 30mm f/5.6 T/S Lens (FUJIFILM G) includes the adapter. The filter you use depends on the subject. If you need to cut reflections, get the Sigma 105mm WR (Water Repellent) Circular Polarizer Filter, BH #SICPWR105.

No, unfortunately there aren't any adapters in this point of time (February 2024) that will allow Hasselblad cameras to use Fuji GF lenses.

what is the focal length of the lens when shifted to the max? the specs says +/- 15mm, does it mean it becomes a GF 15mm lens?

The effective angle of view when using the Fujifilm Fujinon GF 30mm f/5.6 T/S Lens to create shifted panoramas on a GFX system camera is approximately 109° horizontally for a landscape panorama or 104° vertically for a portrait-oriented panorama.
