Broke a month after purchase

It worked initially and that was handy, but then item stopped functioning and flashes red and green lights when plugged in. The manufacturer's website states the flashes of green and red light means a breakdown happens with no further explanation. Reached out to Iwata for support.

Works well with a power brick

Great to be able to charge flash batteries from a laptop or a power brick when in the field - no power sources available. The alternative is to buy lots of spare batteries. You still need a spare to swap out when shooting, but when driving between shoots, flying, or for long duration field work this works great. I use the Tether Tools ON-site USB - C Battery pack which works great to keep the laptop charged or to charge camera and flash batteries. If you travel or don't have access to an AC outlet from where you are shooting this is a great option.
