Bought this for a recent job and was pleasantly surprised at the light quality and versatility. For the price it's hard to beat. Easy setup and breakdown, only wish the mount ring collapsed for easier transport

Not Quick or Easy at All!

Maybe for smaller size softbox, it would be quick and easy, but for this 59 one, it was a pain. Really need to have some grip strength to hold and pull. Luckily I will not have to tear it down since it will set in my studio, but if you have to take this with you on location, setting up and tearing down will not be fun. If you value time and like efficiency, this is not it. Godox does have another version of a quick release that works more like an umbrella. Unfortunately that was not available on B&H and backordered on Adorama.

Asked by: Matthew
Yes, the Godox QR-P120T Quick Release Softbox with Bowens Mount is compatible with the Amaran COB 200x S Bi-Color LED Monolight while shooting constant light. However, the 35.4" option would be a better size softbox for the light output.
