No, the Sony GP-VR100 Remote Control Grip is not compatible with Canon cameras like the C200 or the C400. I recommend using the camera's included hand grip with an extension handle if you are looking for a similar type of Canon alternative. The SHAPE Remote Extension Handle with Cable for Canon EOS C400 (B&H #SHC4RH), for example, would allow you to use the C400's hand grip in a similar manner as how the Sony GP-VR100 Remote Control Grip is used with the Sony FX6 Full-Frame Cinema Camera (Body Only), B&H # SOFX6.
