What is the measurement left to right that the claw grip takes once on? How big a handle can fit? Also, is it a 1" ball system?

The PGYTECH CapLock Action Camera Handlebar Mount is 1.37" across at the claw grip. The largest diameter handle bar the PGYTECH CapLock Action Camera Handlebar Mount can mount to is 1.38". And the balls mounts are 1" ball mounts.
