Poor Quality Phone Mount

The tripod is outstanding, but the quality of the phone mount is very poor. I seldom use the phone mount but have broken two with limited and very careful use. I am surprised that a company that produces such a high-quality tripod would make such and flimsy and fragile phone mount. The phone mount is definitely the weak link in their travel tripod system.
Broke immediately

I was super excited about the tripod and even more excited when I saw it came with a phone mount. Really clever design but broke immediately when I tried it the first time. Thought about getting it replaced but it would just keep breaking on me.
