This review is based on my overall experience so far. When my order arrived, I unboxed the sticks and tested them, and one was DOA right out of the box. The charge LEDs worked, indicating that the battery was good and it was taking a charge, but upon turning on the power switch, there were no signs of life. That set went back and I had to pay for another set in order to get the replacement on time for an event. On the second set, everything was looking good initially, except for when I tested the remote. Nothing. Upon further inspection, it turns out the factory installed the battery backwards in the remote. Luckily this did not cause any damage. Everything appears to be working normally. I'm not convinced of the long term reliability though, and am keeping the shipping carton for the time being in case this one needs to go back as well. I do wish they had removable battery packs like the Freedom Flex Stick X4, or even an option for an extended runtime battery (external), as the runtime for 360* LEDs will barely cover an event. The user guide depicts a multi charger with (5) USB-A 12V outputs, but that is incorrect. The set actually ships with a cheap wall-wart style power adapter with a 4-wire (about 12 each with a single main cable about 3' long) USB-C octopus style charger. If they would have actually provided the charger that is shown in the manual, you could actually spread these out a bit and with proper length USB-A to USB-C cables, power them while running to eliminate the runtime issue. My only other complaint is that the bases have no padding or rubber feet on them, and my concern would be scratching a floor with the direct metal contact. I'll be adding some protection to the bottom of my bases.
