This Core Accessory System from Wooden Camera is a lightweight support system designed for the RED KOMODO-X to quickly and easily transfer the camera rig between rigs. The system includes an Arca Baseplate with 15mm support, an Arca Riser to keep the rig at the proper lens height, a Top Cheese Plate to add accessories and optional rig components, and the 3" Ultra Handle attachment with a 3/8"-16 mount to get your modular top handle system started.
Add an Arca-type baseplate with 15mm LWS rod support to the RED KOMODO-X using this Arca Baseplate from Wooden Camera. This Arca-type baseplate mounts onto the included Bridge Plate Dovetail and features dual 15mm rod ports for mounting optional 15mm accessories. It provides quick release capability to easily transfer your rig from tripod to handheld.
Attach this Arca Riser from Wooden Camera to your RED KOMODO-X cinema to achieve the proper lens height for accessory integration and easy transitioning between heavy and lightweight rigs. The riser features secure mounting and safety features to prevent slipping.
The Top Cheese Plate from Wooden Camera attaches to the top of your RED KOMODO or KOMODO-X camera using two captive 1/4"-20 screws and provides additional accessory mounting points. The plate incorporates seven 1/4"-20 mounting threads with ARRI-style anti-twist divots to mount extensions, top handles, and more. It features electronic pass-through for using run/stop trigger operations from the optional Upright Top Handle. It is also compatible with the optional Rigging Top Plate.
