BAD DESIGN ... M11-P dropped to the ground

I attached the strap to the right lug of my M11-P and hung it from my wrist. The camera instantly FELL TO THE GROUND as the (tiny) loop pulled right through the clip. Pretty pathetic from Leica. I went with Peak Design with zero regrets and the assurance that my rig will stay put!

I have to admit, I was expecting a much wimpier wrist strap. Expensive for a wrist strap? Yes! However this is one heavy duty wrist strap! So I was pleasantly surprised. It is much thicker than the neck strap that comes with the camera. I especially like the black and red color as it goes very well with my red Sofort 2 camera. Very happy with my purchase!
