Equip your Miller video head with a quick release system using the Baseplate Assembly with Versa 1201 Camera Plate. This baseplate assembly is compatible with Miller Air, AirV, and DS fluid heads and includes the Versa 1201 camera plate.
This side-loading baseplate features sliding adjustment, nonslip pads, and storage for the included spare 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera screws.

The older DS10 tripod heads use a proprietary miller quick release camera plate. The Versa 1201 provided a really simply way to update the tripod head to use Manfrotto 501 style quick release plates that can now also be dropped/snapped onto the tripod head and don't have to be slid on from the back. Very simple installation. Remove the 4 base plate screws to remove the original top plate and then install the new versa plate using the new screws provided. Whole process took less than five minutes. I purchased one to try, but have ordered two more to upgrade all three of my DS10 Heads.
