Lenscoat, is it worth it?

I have been buying lenscoat for my long lenses since I bought my Nikon 600mm F4, 19 years ago (although that lens is not surpisingly on its second set of lenscoat). I have lenscoat on my 200-400mm F4, and on the newer 800mm F6.3, and now the 180-600 F6.3 as well. On the 19 year old 600mm, if you take the Lenscoat off, the lens still looks brand new, not a mark or scratch on it. In addition, living in Montana, Lenscoat is really nice to have as I spend a lot of time shooting in the winter. The only downside on my Lenscoat review is the quality of the cut, I think they should/could do better. The fit is not as good as shown in their pictures on their web page, and the cut is quite often uneven. For lens protection, I would give a 10 out of 10, and I'll continue to buy Lenscoat, but for cut quality I would give a 5 out of 10.
