was looking to replace a couple of USB-c cables that were getting loose. These were more expensive but allow 220v charging and are wrapped in braided fabric and now that I have them, find that they are stiff enough not to tangle and seem substantial enough to last.

No, the Satechi Thunderbolt 4 Pro Cable (3.3') does not support the full speed of Thunderbolt 5.
