I contacted Blustream three times using the form on their web site, with basic questions about the DIG11AU. I put in caps the second and third time that it was just that -- the second or third time I wrote to them. Absolutely no response, and I tried three times. They do not provide an email address or phone number for any of their locations on the contact page. They only way to reach them is using their web form, and they failed to respond to that three times. They claim that We proudly deliver 24 hour technical support via phone, email and live chat to our sales partners throughout the world. This is utterly bogus. How do you reach them via email or phone if they do not provide email or phone numbers on their web page? Do not do business with this company or buy their products. If you have any problems they are impossible to contact.
