Each Orbi 970 module features a cylindrical design that packs 12 amplified antennas, providing 360° coverage that can accommodate almost any home's layout. Mesh networks may operate using a single network ID (SSID), which provides you with uninterrupted connectivity as you watch videos, play games, and browse the internet while moving across your home. You can also configure up to three separate SSIDs for your home use, guests, and IoT devices to help optimize your network.
In addition to having a 10G Ethernet WAN port for multi-Gig internet services, the router sports one 10G and four 2.5G Ethernet LAN ports for high-speed wired connections to compatible devices such as computers and NAS enclosures. Satellites have one 10G LAN port alongside two 2.5G ports.
