NEAT Conferencing Pulse Plus for Neat Frame (3-Year Subscription)

This is a three-year subscription to the NEAT Conferencing Pulse Plus cloud-based control and care plan for Neat Frame video conferencing devices. Pulse Plus allows IT administrators to centrally control, manage, and monitor Neat devices. The plan includes premium direct access to all technical support levels 1-3 from anywhere globally with priority queuing and response times. It provides advanced troubleshooting and Zoom/Teams case escalations where necessary. Pulse Plus also includes one year of limited hardware replacement.
