Negative Supply BFC120MK2 Reviews
Way better than the MK1
I had the original Basic Film Carrier 120 (MK1) and it worked fine but the hinge mechanism was tedious to use. This one works just like their other film carriers and theres no extra steps. The standard mask crops in a bit which is fine but the full border cassette is really nice to have. I can get the full rebate but you have to make sure it goes through the groove all the way. I found the full border cassette works best with full rolls. Overall though, the carrier keeps the film flat and I can get through a full roll really fast now without the hinge of the MK1.
Almost great
This 120 film carrier works as it should as far as keeping the film nice and flat. However unfortunately you will lose a fair bit of your negative (maybe 10% or more) due to the overly tightly cropped mask. This is with 6x6.
