In my initial review I mentioned that B&H wasn't an authorized seller of iVANKY products, that turned out to be untrue. The rep I was in touch with at iVANKY followed up to inform me of this and offered a replacement cable. Unfortunately I had already purchased a new cable to to make up for the error they instead gave me a full refund. I've never had a problem with any of their products before, just happened to have bad luck this time. They went above and beyond to correct the mistake and make good on the defective product. Appreciate all they did and would highly recommend purchasing anything they make and know with confidence you will have their dedicated support.
